Browse AI Pricing in 2026: Browse AI Plans, Credit Tiers and What Browse AI Costs per Month

9 min read

Browse AI costs $48 a month on Personal and $87 to $399 a month on Professional, depending on how many credits you buy, or $19 and $69 to $319 a month billed annually. Premium starts at $500 a month. The plan name matters less than the credit count: one credit is 10 rows from a list page, but every detail page and every monitor check costs at least one credit, so your real bill is set by how many pages the robot opens.

The numbers

Browse AI pricing plans

Four plans. Robots are unlimited on all of them; what changes is credits, websites, users and support. Most summaries only quote the entry price of Professional, but the plan has four credit tiers.
Plan Billed monthly Billed annually Websites Users Fastest monitor Extra website Support
Free $0, 50 credits a month 2 3 Hourly Not available Basic email
Personal $48, 2,000 credits a month $19/mo for 12,000 a year, or $38/mo for 24,000 5 3 5 minutes $5/mo, $4 annually Basic email
Professional $87 to $399 (table below) $69 to $319/mo (table below) 10 10 5 minutes $3/mo, $2.40 annually Priority email
Premium From $500/mo billed annually, 600,000+ credits a year Custom Custom Custom Custom Managed onboarding, account manager

Two details change the math. First, annual plans load a full year of credits upfront, and Personal annual gives 12,000 a year, which averages 1,000 a month: half of what the $48 monthly plan gives. The annual plan is cheaper per credit, not bigger. Second, every self-serve plan has a 90-day data retention window and a 60-minute maximum task run, so long crawls have to be split into several robots.

Credit tiers

Browse AI Professional pricing by credit tier

These tiers sit behind a dropdown on the Browse AI pricing page, so the headline $87 is only the first step.
Credits a month Billed monthly Cost per credit Credits a year (annual) Billed annually, per month Cost per credit
5,000 $87 $0.0174 60,000 $69 $0.0138
10,000 $162 $0.0162 120,000 $129 $0.0129
20,000 $299 $0.0150 240,000 $239 $0.0120
30,000 $399 $0.0133 360,000 $319 $0.0106

Cost per credit is our division of the published price by the included credits. Browse AI separately lists add-on credits at $0.030 each on monthly Personal and $0.024 on annual Personal, and $0.022 to $0.017 on monthly Professional or $0.017 to $0.013 on annual Professional. Past 30,000 credits a month, or 360,000 a year, the next step is a Premium conversation with sales.

Mechanics

How Browse AI credits turn into a bill

Browse AI's own FAQ gives the rules. Here they are with the consequence for your budget next to each one.

Rule 01

10 rows per credit

A listing page with 50 products costs 5 credits. This is where Browse AI is cheapest: dense list pages with every field you need already visible.

Rule 02

Detail pages cost per page

Opening each of those 50 products adds 50 credits, ten times the list cost. Specs, emails and full descriptions usually live one click deep, so this line tends to dominate.

Rule 03

Monitoring repeats the cost

Browse AI's example: 50 detail pages checked every 3 days is about 500 credits a month. Check them daily and it is 1,500; check a larger catalog and the tier climbs fast.

Rule 04

Premium sites have a floor

Sites that need residential proxies or load heavy files cost a minimum of 2 to 10 credits per run. Unused credits reset at the end of the cycle unless you upgrade before it ends.

Worked bills

What Browse AI costs per month for three common jobs

Standard sites, no Premium minimums, cheapest tier that covers the month. WebRobot is shown next to each, including the job where Browse AI is clearly the better buy.
Job Credits a month Browse AI plan WebRobot records and plan Cheaper
5,000 leads a month from directory list pages, no detail pages 500 Personal $48, or $19 annually 5,000 records: Launch $79 Browse AI
1,000 products with detail pages, refreshed weekly about 4,400 (400 list + 4,000 detail) Professional $87, or $69 annually 4,000 records: Launch $79 Close to even
1,000 competitor product pages monitored daily about 30,000 Professional $399, or $319 annually 30,000 records: Scale $249, or $199 yearly, with hourly schedules and change alerts WebRobot

The pattern is consistent. When the data sits on list pages, Browse AI's 10 rows per credit wins. When the job is opening and re-checking individual pages, credits scale with page visits and a records-based plan wins. The first job is typical for sales teams: once the list is in a sheet, the next step is usually cold email sequences written for each prospect, which is a separate budget line. The third job is what our price monitoring tool is built for, and the website change monitoring page covers alerts on any other page type.

Decision

Which Browse AI plan to buy, and when to look elsewhere

Buy Personal

Under 2,000 credits, 5 sites

One person watching a few list pages. Take monthly billing if usage is steady; annual only pays if you are sure 1,000 credits a month on average is enough or you step up to the 24,000 tier.

Buy Professional

A team, up to 10 sites

10 users and 10 websites are the real reason to upgrade, more than the credits. Start at the 5,000 tier, watch a full month of usage, then size up. Annual billing saves about 20 percent at every tier.

Look elsewhere

Detail pages, logins, a fixed invoice

If most credits go to detail pages and daily checks, compare a records-based plan. Our Browse AI alternative comparison covers logins, multi-step flows and team seats side by side.

Pricing out more than one vendor? The same plan-by-plan treatment exists for Apify pricing and Octoparse pricing, and the Thunderbit alternative page breaks down Thunderbit's per-row credits. For every pricing model in one place, see how much web scraping costs.

FAQ

Browse AI pricing questions

Browse AI Personal costs $48 per month for 2,000 credits a month, or $19 per month billed annually for 12,000 credits a year. Professional starts at $87 per month for 5,000 credits and rises to $399 for 30,000, or $69 to $319 per month billed annually. Premium starts at $500 per month billed annually. A free plan includes 50 credits a month.

Browse AI has a free plan with 50 credits a month, 2 websites, 3 users and unlimited robots, which is roughly 500 rows from list pages. Monitors on the free plan run at most hourly. It is enough to test a robot on your target site, not to run a recurring business report, so most teams move to Personal or Professional.

One Browse AI credit extracts 10 rows from a page or captures one screenshot. Fifty products on a listing page cost 5 credits, and opening each product page costs another 50. Sites Browse AI marks as Premium have a minimum of 2 to 10 credits per run. Credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

Browse AI is worth it for list-page extraction and light monitoring, where 10 rows per credit makes it cheap. It gets expensive when the data lives on detail pages or when you monitor many pages often, because each page visit costs at least a credit. Model your credits per month before you pick a tier.

Browse AI offers a satisfaction guarantee with a full refund for up to 60 days after purchase, under conditions set out in its Refund Policy. Annual plans also give a 20 percent discount and load all credits upfront, and Browse AI lists extra discounts for non-profits, educational institutions and startups.

Not for list-page jobs: Browse AI Personal at $48 a month covers far more list rows than WebRobot Launch at $79. For detail pages and daily monitoring WebRobot usually costs less, for example 30,000 records a month on Scale at $249 against $399 for 30,000 Browse AI credits, and the REST API is included on every plan.

Pay per record, not per page visit

Describe the data in a sentence. The robot opens every detail page it needs and delivers the rows to Sheets, Slack or your API at one flat monthly price.
