ScrapeHero Pricing for ScrapeHero Cloud Plans and Full Service Web Scraping

8 min read

ScrapeHero pricing comes in two parts. ScrapeHero Cloud, its prebuilt scrapers for sites like Amazon, Walmart and Google Maps, costs $5 to $750 a month for 4,500 to 3,000,000 data credits. The full service, where ScrapeHero builds and runs a crawler for you, starts at $550 per site one-time, $199 a month per site, $1,500 a month on Enterprise Basic and $8,000 a month on Enterprise Premium, plus setup fees on some tiers.

Two products

ScrapeHero Cloud or the full service, pick the price list first

Most confusion about what ScrapeHero costs comes from mixing the two. They are different products for different buyers.

Cloud plans

ScrapeHero Cloud pricing by plan

Every Cloud plan is billed monthly. Standard and above add premium rotating proxies, priority support, 30-day data retention and Amazon S3, Google Drive and API integrations with role-based access.
Plan Monthly price Data credits Concurrent jobs Data retention API calls per minute Proxies Price per 1,000 credits

Lite $25 30,000 2 7 days 50 Standard $0.83
Starter $50 90,000 2 7 days 75 Standard $0.56

Ultra $750 3,000,000 8 30 days 300 Premium $0.25

How many rows a ScrapeHero Cloud plan really buys

Credits are not rows. Each scraper sets its own rate, and ScrapeHero's guide to its scrapers and APIs gives the Amazon Search Results Scraper at 5 credits per record. At that rate Lite's 30,000 credits are 6,000 rows, Standard's 225,000 are 45,000 rows and Ultra's 3,000,000 are 600,000 rows. A scraper that charges 1 credit per row stretches the same plan five times further. Check the rate on the scraper's own page before you size a plan.

If you cancel, remaining credits stay usable until the period ends or they run out, whichever comes first. Concurrency is the other quiet limit. Two parallel jobs up to Starter means a large batch queues behind a small one.

Full service

ScrapeHero full service pricing by tier

ScrapeHero calls these numbers a baseline: the final quote depends on site complexity, page count and how often the data is refreshed.
Tier Starting price Subscription Setup fee Refresh Sites Pages a month Team and extra pages
On Demand From $550 per site Not required Included One time Up to 2 1,000 to 5,000 per site Shared
Business From $199 a month per site Monthly Extra, one time Monthly or weekly Up to 2 1,000 to 5,000 per site Shared
Enterprise Basic From $1,500 a month Monthly Extra, one time Any Up to 4 Any, bundled across sites Shared; extra pages $650 to $2,200 per million
Enterprise Premium From $8,000 a month Monthly Included Any Any Any, bundled across sites Dedicated; extra pages $500 to $1,800 per million

A page is an HTTP request

Redirects can add requests, and pages that load prices or stock through AJAX or XHR calls can count as several pages. Ask for the count per product page in the quote.

The subscription covers upkeep

Servers, bandwidth, proxies, monitoring for site structure changes and data quality checks are inside the monthly fee, so a redesign does not land on your desk.

Pilots cost a few hundred dollars

ScrapeHero runs paid proofs of concept bound by cost, time and deliverables, and says most ideas can be validated in a few weeks for a few hundred dollars.

Worked bills

Three ScrapeHero bills for real jobs, and what WebRobot would cost

Cloud math uses the published credit rate; full-service math uses the published starting prices, so real quotes can only go up.

5,000 Amazon search records a month · ScrapeHero Cloud Lite · $25

At 5 credits a record the job uses 25,000 of Lite's 30,000 credits. This is ScrapeHero Cloud at its best, and cheaper than our $79 Launch plan. If the site is in the catalog and the fields you need are the ones the scraper returns, buy Cloud.

Two competitor stores, 1,000 products each, weekly · Business · from $398 a month plus setup

Neither store has a Cloud scraper, so it is full service at $199 per site per month, plus a one-time setup fee per site. About 8,700 records a month fits WebRobot Launch at $79, or $39 billed yearly, with the price columns you name delivered to a Google Sheet.

Ten retailers, millions of pages, procurement and legal review · Enterprise · from $1,500 to $8,000+ a month

At this size a managed team with custom contracts, a project manager and dedicated resources is what you are buying. WebRobot Autopilot covers a million records a month for $699, but if no one on your side wants to own the robots, ScrapeHero's full service is the honest choice.

Enterprise buyers sign custom contracts here, often with legal and compliance in the loop. Once the data agreement is signed, it pays to keep the contract and its renewal date where finance can find them, because full-service subscriptions renew monthly and quotes are reset when scope changes.

Which to buy

ScrapeHero Cloud, ScrapeHero full service or a flat self-serve plan

The middle ground is a custom site on a schedule without a services contract. That is the gap WebRobot fills.

FAQ

ScrapeHero pricing questions, answered

ScrapeHero has two price lists. ScrapeHero Cloud, the self-service scrapers, runs from $5 a month for 4,500 data credits to $750 a month for 3,000,000 credits, after 400 free credits. The full service, where ScrapeHero builds and runs the crawler for you, starts at $550 per site one-time, $199 a month per site on Business, $1,500 a month on Enterprise Basic and $8,000 a month on Enterprise Premium.

ScrapeHero Cloud gives 400 data credits when you sign up, with no credit card, and the Basic plan does not renew. Its pricing FAQ also mentions a free trial. That is enough to test a prebuilt scraper on a few hundred rows. The full service has no free tier, but ScrapeHero runs paid pilots that usually cost a few hundred dollars.

A data credit is the unit every Cloud scraper and API draws from. Scrapers charge credits per record they return and APIs charge per call, and the rate differs by scraper. ScrapeHero's own guide gives the Amazon Search Results Scraper at 5 credits per record and the Amazon Search API at 10 credits per call, so the same plan buys very different row counts.

For the full service, a page is billed as an HTTP request. A redirect can trigger an extra request, and pages that load data through AJAX or XHR calls can count as several pages. A product page that looks like one page in a browser can therefore count as more than one page on the bill.

ScrapeHero builds a crawler to your exact fields and format, then tests and quality-checks it before the first delivery. The one-time setup fee pays for that engineering and QA. It is included on the On Demand and Enterprise Premium tiers and charged separately on Business and Enterprise Basic.

For enterprise volumes with procurement, legal review and a team that wants nothing to do with scraping, the full service is worth it. ScrapeHero Cloud is good value for sites in its catalog such as Amazon, Walmart and Google Maps. It is a harder sell for a few custom sites on a schedule, where the $199 per site minimum and setup fees add up fast.

Yes. Cloud plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade or downgrade. When you cancel you are billed for the current month and nothing after, and remaining credits stay usable until the end of the period or until they run out, whichever comes first. Full-service subscriptions carry a monthly commitment.

Custom sites on a schedule, without a setup fee

Describe the site and the columns once. The robot delivers 10,000 records a month to Sheets, Excel or your API for $79.
