Decodo pricing (the company was Smartproxy until its rename) splits into two products. The Web Scraping API runs from $19 to $99 a month on Regular plans and $249 to $1,499 on Enterprise, spent at $0.09 to $1.50 per 1,000 requests depending on proxy type and JavaScript rendering. Proxies are sold separately: residential from $4 per GB on pay as you go down to $2 per GB at 1 TB.

The spread inside one plan is the thing to notice. On the $99 plan, 707,000 plain requests or 82,000 requests through premium proxies with rendering cost the same. Every plan includes the same features: output as HTML, JSON, CSV, XHR or a PNG screenshot, markdown for LLMs, 100+ ready target templates, an MCP server, 24/7 support and a 14-day money-back option. Rate limits rise from 10 requests per second on the $19 plan to 50 on the $99 plan, and higher on Enterprise.

Request types

Standard or premium proxies, with or without JavaScript

Decodo's own documentation names the proxy pool and the rendering mode as the two factors in the price. The site you scrape picks them for you more often than you pick them yourself.

Standard proxies, no rendering

Static pages on low-security sites: blogs, directories, public government records, most small Shopify and WooCommerce stores. The cheapest line, and it falls hardest with plan size, from $0.50 to $0.09 per 1,000.

Standard proxies with JavaScript

Pages that load prices or listings after the first HTML arrives, which covers many modern storefronts and job boards. Rendering costs extra browser time, so the rate starts at $0.75 and bottoms out at $0.40.

Premium proxies

Guarded pages with stronger bot checks, such as big retailers, travel and ticketing. Decodo says several of its target templates default to premium proxies, so check the template before you estimate. $1.00 down to $0.65.

Premium proxies with JavaScript

The expensive corner: a guarded site that also renders in the browser. $1.50 down to $1.00 per 1,000, which is roughly ten times the standard rate on the bigger plans.

A request is one page fetched, not one row. A category page with 48 products is one request, but if you need seller, stock or variants from each product page, that is one request per product. The Walmart scraper and Shopify scraper pages list which fields sit on which page, which is how you work out the real request count.

Proxies

Smartproxy pricing for residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies

If you run your own scraper, you buy one of these instead of the API. Monthly, USD, excluding VAT.

Residential proxies, per GB

Pay as you go $4.00. Monthly: 3 GB $11.25 ($3.75), 10 GB $35 ($3.50), 25 GB $81.25 ($3.25), 50 GB $150 ($3.00), 100 GB $275 ($2.75). Enterprise: 250 GB $625 ($2.50), 500 GB $1,125 ($2.25), 1 TB $2,000 ($2.00). 3-day trial with 100 MB for new users.

Mobile proxies, per GB

Currently shown at half the list price: pay as you go $4.00 (list $8.00), 2 GB $7.50 ($3.75), 8 GB $28 ($3.50), 25 GB $81.30 ($3.25), 50 GB $150 ($3.00), 100 GB $275 ($2.75). Enterprise starts at $2.25 per GB. Budget for the list price if the promotion ends.

ISP (static residential) and datacenter

Dedicated ISP IPs: 3 for $9.99 ($3.33 each), 10 for $29, 50 for $135 ($2.70), 200 for $500 ($2.50). Datacenter by traffic: 10 GB $6 ($0.60) down to 1,000 GB $450 ($0.45). Per-IP datacenter and shared ISP plans start lower, from $0.02 and $0.27 per IP.

Site Unblocker, per request or per GB

Per 1,000 requests: $29 for 23,000 ($1.25), $99 for 82,000 ($1.20), $249 for 216,000 ($1.15), $499 for 455,000 ($1.10), $999 for 950,000 ($1.05), then $1,999 and $3,999 on Enterprise ($1.00 and $0.95). Per GB: $10 for 1 GB down to $6.75 at 100 GB, and $5.50 at 500 GB.

The trap with per-GB proxies is that every byte counts, including retries, block pages and images you never needed. A product page with photos and scripts can weigh a few megabytes, so 1 GB may be a few hundred pages unless your scraper blocks assets. That is why the per-request API often works out cheaper for a team that only wants the data and not the plumbing.

300 retail product pages, daily

9,000 requests through premium proxies with rendering is $13.50 at the $19 plan's $1.50 rate, so the $19 plan covers it with room for retries. The effective cost is about $2.10 per 1,000.

5,000 simple pages, daily

150,000 standard requests. At $0.30 on the $49 plan that is $45, just inside the 163,000 the plan holds. Add rendering and the same job is $97.50, which needs the $99 plan.

2,000 JavaScript pages, daily

60,000 rendered requests on standard proxies. The $49 plan's $0.65 rate makes it $39, inside the 75,000 it covers. On premium proxies it becomes $75 and the $99 plan.

50,000 guarded product pages, daily

1.5 million premium requests with rendering. The $999 plan covers about 951,000 at $1.05, so this lands on the $1,499 plan at $1.00, which holds almost exactly 1.5 million.

None of these include the rest of the pipeline. Decodo returns the page, or parsed JSON for targets it has templates for. Mapping that to your columns, running it on a schedule, keeping history and alerting someone when a number moves is code your team writes, plus a machine to run it on, whether that is a cron box or a service that provisions and deploys the server your scraper runs on.

On raw volume Decodo is among the cheapest in this table, and its $19 entry plan is the lowest. WebRobot costs more per unit because a record is a finished row in your sheet: the schedule, parsing, retries and delivery are done, and the price does not change when a site needs rendering or a login. Renewals and leftovers

Plans renew monthly on the purchase date. Upgrading carries unused traffic into the new period; renewing the same plan or downgrading wipes it. Extra GB bought mid-month expires with that month.

Money-back

The 14-day money-back option covers the first order only. Upgrade, renew or downgrade inside those 14 days and it no longer applies.

Pay as you go

Residential and mobile only, paid from a prepaid Wallet one GB at a time; the next GB is bought at 90 percent use. Traffic stays valid 12 months, and you cannot run it alongside a subscription.

The Web Scraping API has a $0 plan that works out to about 2,000 standard requests, 1,000 with JavaScript or premium proxies, or 667 with both, at 10 requests per second. Residential proxies have a 3-day trial with 100 MB for new users, and paid proxy plans carry a 14-day money-back option on the first order.

Decodo residential proxies cost $4 per GB on pay as you go, $11.25 for 3 GB ($3.75 per GB) up to $275 for 100 GB ($2.75) on monthly plans, and $625 for 250 GB ($2.50), $1,125 for 500 GB ($2.25) or $2,000 for 1 TB ($2.00) on Enterprise plans, plus VAT.

It depends on two switches: the proxy pool and rendering. On the $49 plan a standard request costs $0.30 per 1,000, standard with JavaScript $0.65, premium proxies $0.90 and premium with JavaScript $1.25. Guarded sites usually need premium proxies, and single-page apps need rendering, so the job decides the rate.

Only when you upgrade. Upgrading moves unused traffic into the new period, while renewing the same plan or downgrading loses it. Extra GB bought mid-month expires at the end of that billing month. Pay as you go residential and mobile traffic, bought from the Wallet, stays valid for 12 months.

For a developer who wants cheap rotating proxies or a per-request scraping API and already has a scraper, parser and scheduler, it is one of the lower-priced options. For a business team without a developer, the bill is only the input: turning pages into named columns, running them daily and sending alerts is still work someone has to own.
