Outscraper Pricing in 2026: Outscraper Cost per 1,000 Records, Free Tier and Real Lead List Bills

9 min read

Outscraper is pay as you go with no subscription. Google Maps places cost nothing for the first 500 a month, $3 per 1,000 up to 100,000 and $1 per 1,000 after that. The number that matters for a lead list is the stack: contacts, email checks and phone lookups are separate services, so a fully enriched lead costs about $14 per 1,000 at normal volumes.

The rate card

Outscraper pricing for every service

Every service has its own three-step ladder: a free amount each month, a medium rate, and a cheaper business rate once your usage in the period passes a threshold. The tiers reset every 30 days.
Service Free each month Medium rate per 1,000 Business rate per 1,000
Google Maps scraper (places)500$3, from 501 to 100,000$1, after 100,000
Google Maps reviews500$3, to 100,000$1, after 100,000
Emails and contacts (per domain)500$3, to 100,000$1, after 100,000
Email address verifier25$3, to 100,000$1, after 100,000
Phone number lookup25$5, to 50,000$3, after 50,000
Google Maps photos500$2, to 50,000$1, after 50,000
Google Search (per page)10$5, to 100,000$3, after 100,000
Google News and Google Shopping50$9, to 5,000$6, after 5,000
Google Play reviews500$4, to 50,000$2, after 50,000
Amazon products and Amazon reviews500$2, to 5,000$1, after 5,000

Outscraper also sells a B2B lead database priced per 1,000 businesses, listed at $2 for the first 5,000, $7 from 5,000 to 50,000 and $3 from 50,000 to 1,000,000. The middle step is printed higher than the first, so confirm that one with Outscraper before you budget around it. Students and nonprofits can ask for a discount, and the referral program pays 35% of a referred customer's payments to your balance.

The billing period

How Outscraper pricing works

There is no plan to pick, which is the appeal. It also means the bill is only known at the end.

Rule 01

A period opens with your first task

Starting a task with no active billing period opens one. It closes when you click Generate Invoice or automatically after one month, and the invoice covers everything above the free tiers.

Rule 02

Volume is counted per service

The $1 business rate on Maps needs 100,000 places in the period. Reviews, contacts and phones each climb their own ladder, so a large Maps month does not make your phone lookups cheaper.

Rule 03

Refunds only when nothing comes back

The results guarantee is a full refund within 3 days if the tools fail to retrieve data. Card payment runs through Stripe and Bitcoin is accepted.

The stack

What one usable lead really costs on Outscraper

A Maps row gives you name, address, phone, website, rating and review count. Sales teams usually want an email they can send to, which adds services.
Step Medium rate per 1,000 Running total per 1,000 leads
Google Maps place$3$3
Contacts from the business domain$3$6
Email verification$3$9
Phone number lookup with carrier type$5$14

So the headline $3 turns into roughly $14 per 1,000 fully checked leads, or 1.4 cents a lead. That is still cheap. The point is to budget for the stack, not the headline. Not every business lists a website, so the contact step runs on fewer rows than the Maps step, and some domains return more than one email, so the verification step can run on more. If the email column is the whole job and Maps is only how you find the companies, an email finder with verification built in can replace the last three rows of this table with one lookup.

Worked bills

Three Outscraper bills, worked out

Free tiers are taken off first in each case. Rates are the medium tier because none of these jobs passes 100,000 records in a service.

Bill 01

One metro for a small agency

2,000 plumbers in Phoenix: 1,500 billable places, $4.50. Contacts on the 1,600 that list a website: 1,100 billable domains, $3.30. Total $7.80. A plan of any kind would be the wrong purchase here.

Bill 02

25,000 enriched leads a month

Places $73.50, contacts on 20,000 domains $58.50, 20,000 emails verified $59.93, 25,000 phone lookups $124.88. Total about $316.81, and it lands again next month if the list is refreshed.

Bill 03

Reputation tracking for 1,500 listings

Weekly place refresh is 6,000 places, $16.50. The 50 newest reviews per listing each month is 75,000 reviews, $223.50. Total $240, before anyone builds the week-over-week comparison.

Bill 01 is where Outscraper shines. Bills 02 and 03 are where buyers start comparing: at $240 to $317 a month for a recurring job, a flat plan that includes scheduling, alerts and delivery is in the same range. On WebRobot, bill 03 is 81,000 records, which fits Scale at $249 with change alerts to Slack included.

Not on the invoice

What Outscraper pricing does not cover

The rate card prices records. Some of the work around a local data job is not a record.

Fields from the business website

Contacts are emails, phones and social profiles. "Offers financing", "books online", "lists prices" or "service area" are not a service, so someone reads each site or writes a scraper for it.

Sources outside the catalog

State license lookups, franchise locators, association directories and portals behind a login have no Outscraper service. They need a scraper that reads any site.

Scheduling, diffing and alerts

A weekly rerun gives you a new file. Working out which businesses are new, which closed and whose rating dropped is your spreadsheet or your code.

Delivery into your tools

Results come as CSV, Excel, Parquet or JSON, or through the API. Pushing them into a CRM, a shared Google Sheet or Slack is a step you add.

FAQ

Outscraper pricing questions

Outscraper has no subscription. The Google Maps scraper is free for the first 500 places each month, then $3 per 1,000 places up to 100,000 and $1 per 1,000 after that. Reviews and contacts follow the same ladder, email verification costs $3 per 1,000 after 25 free and phone lookups cost $5 per 1,000 after 25 free.

Each service has three tiers based on how much of it you use in a 30-day period: a free tier, a medium rate and a lower business rate at high volume. A billing period opens when you start your first task, closes when you click Generate Invoice or after one month, and you are invoiced for the usage above the free tier.

Only up to each free tier. Every month you get 500 Google Maps places, 500 Maps reviews, 500 domains of contact data, 25 email verifications, 25 phone lookups and 10 Google Search pages at no cost. Anything beyond those amounts is billed per 1,000 records.

Finding emails, phones and social profiles from a business website is billed per domain: 500 domains free a month, then $3 per 1,000 domains up to 100,000 and $1 per 1,000 after. Verifying the emails you found is a separate service at $3 per 1,000 after the first 25, dropping to $1 per 1,000 past 100,000.

Outscraper offers a full refund within 3 days of a purchase if its tools fail to retrieve data from the web. The guarantee is written for failed retrieval, not for data that turned out less useful than expected, so run a small test inside the free tier before a large task.

For Google Maps lists, yes: 10,000 places cost $28.50 and a fully enriched lead with contacts, email check and phone lookup costs about $0.014. It is worse value when the job repeats every week, needs fields from each business website that no Outscraper service collects, or covers sources outside its catalog.

A fixed price for the local list you rebuild every week

Describe the search and the columns once. The robot reads Google Maps and each business website on schedule and delivers 10,000 records a month for $79.
